They are a rescue friendly shelter that does it's best to place as many adoptable dogs into no-kill rescues and homes as possible. This sweetie escaped death row and now his empty kennel remains to give one more dog another week. Adoption fee is $150 and that includes all vetting, including spay/neuter.
